Cuz I tried switching over from FNIS to Nemesis to run this game since when I tries running OSTIM on FNIS it didn't work. So I installed Nemesis ran it and load up Skyrim but it CTD whenever I load into the game. I also said this in the OSTIM install guide, just wanted to post here if anyone can help me out.
